Cycle to work

If you haven’t already got a bike, now is a great time to search for a new one. Whether you prefer a sleek road bike or a casual dutch-style cycle, this is a great way to get fit whilst traveling in style.



Veganuary

Throughout January, many opt in to the vegan way of life. If you’ve not taken part in it, there’s still time to try out a healthy vegan diet. Or if that’s too much of a change, there’s still the option of introducing more greens to your meals.

Drink more water

A lot of the time when you’re hungry, you’re just thirsty! Water can work wonders for your bod, including increase of energy, flushes out toxins, improves skin complexion and boosts your immune system!



Yoga

Yoga is great if you don’t fancy an intense exercise class. It’s not only good for the body, it’s good for the mind too! If you have a have a stressful lifestyle, yoga and meditation are great ways to unwind. It’s also a great way to improve balance, flexibility, strength and energy levels.



Walking

An easy and free activity that comes with plenty of health benefits! Like yoga and meditation, walking is great for your mental health. It can improve heart health, aids weight loss, regulates blood pressure, improves circulation and strengthens muscles… and that’s just naming a few!
