Men’s 2-Minute Skin Care Routine

Men’s 2-Minute Skin Care Routine

Creating a good skincare routine is all about taking time to look after the skin on a daily basis. We know men are not the best at taking the time to create a regular skincare routine, so working with @TroyArgones, our Master Barber, we have created a quick 2-minute ritual, that literally takes no time at all!

Step-1

If your skin is feeling dry or rough, treat it to an exfoliate with a good face scrub. You can use this as part of your skincare routine, but limit scrubs to 2-3 times a week. (45 seconds). Hawkins and Brimble’s face scrub contains tiny pieces of walnut shell to buff away dead skin cells, along with almond oil to soften skin and hair.

Step-2

Cleanse your skin daily with a men’s face wash. Cleansing removes the daily dirt that we are all exposed to and excess sebum, which builds up on the skin. This will help prevent clogged pores and break-outs. (45 seconds)

Step-3

Eye creams help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark circles. They take literally seconds to pat onto dry, clean skin (a pea-sized amount). Hawkins & Brimble’s Energising Eye Cream was recently awarded joint Best Skin Care Product at the Beauty Shortlist Awards 2019! So it might be worth giving it a go!

Step-4

Use a good moisturiser for every-day use. This will help soothe and firm the skin and help rehydrate the skin after you have exfoliated and cleansed. If you have oily skin, you can use an oil control moisturiser and make sure you don’t use too much as this can cause break-outs. If you have normal skin, you can go for a slightly richer moisturiser. (30 seconds) Our Daily Energising Moisturiser also won Best Moisturiser at the Beauty Shortlist Awards 2019.

For men, a skincare routine tends to be about convenience. The least number of steps the better! So keep it regular but simple. We estimate, you can do your daily skincare routine in around 2 minutes! No excuses…
